USE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adults:
Take before exercise if no depression. Take after exercise with depression.
Take 2 capsules twice daily one hour before or after vitamins and medication. Best before 6pm. Take with juice, filtered, spring or clustered water. (No tap water).
Children from 10 years:
1 Capsule twice daily or 2 once daily
WARNING:
Do NOT take if on Warfarin.
