Testing your pH

Use our pH-ion strip to discover if your body is in an optimal pH zone.

One of the most profound things you can do to maintain or restore your health and vitality and reduce the risk of developing a degenerative disease, is to maintain or restore the pH balance of your body.

Our pH Challenge will help you to see where you stand - it’s easy and it’s free, and without obligation.

Your pH can be measured using a simple at-home test that measures the acidity of your saliva (first of the day is best).

Fulvic Health provide you with this test FREE with the purchase of our Fulvic Excel or Renew 120 Capsule bottle supplements. “When you are in an alkaline state, you’re so healthy that normal cells will thrive and disease will not,” says Jeannette Graf, M.D., a New York dermatologist and author of Stop Aging, Start Living. By analyzing what it`s secreting: urine and saliva.

PH & Alkalinity

According to the manufacturer, the pHydrion test paper was designed for immediate reading. If you wait 30 seconds, the value will change due to evaporation. Don`t even wait 5 seconds; read immediately.

If your urine tests high in acids (below 6.75), then you know your body is high in acids too. (Not good!) If your urine tests low in acids (above 6.75), then your stores of alkaline minerals are doing a good job of buffering the acids in your body. (Awesome!) Another way to find out the overall pH balance (or imbalance) of your body is to test the pH of your saliva. Saliva pH can range anywhere from 5.5 to 7.5 or more. If you have enough alkaline minerals, your saliva test should register a nice 7.0 to 7.5, but if your mineral reserves are too low, the acids will overwhelm your system, and you`ll test under 7.0

Advantages of testing your pH
Easy to read- Unlike regular pH paper, the double indicator pH strips are super easy to read.

Versatile- pH Stix can test both urine and saliva to give you the most complete picture of your pH.

User friendly-pH Stix are more accurate, more versatile, and easier to read than litmus paper.

What do the readings indicate?
pH doesn`t work like regular numbers do, where 6.0 is “one point less” than 7.0.

That means for each point you drop away from the ideal of 7.0, you`re actually experiencing a 10-fold decrease in your pH!
For example, someone with a pH of 6.0 is ten times more acidic than someone with a pH of 7.0. Someone with a pH of 5.0 is 100 times more acidic than someone with a pH of 7.0 If your urination reads 7.0 or higher on the pH scale, you`re alkaline.

Without a doubt, if your body is in a continual state of acidity, you`re not a happy chappy. It is generally accepted by scientific investigation that an average reading of 7.4 is the optimal level for healthy and disease free living in your body.

An alkaline way of life will restore good health; you will not only see but also feel the difference.

We will also send you information on important things you can do to help reverse chronic acidity and help maintain or restore the acid/alkaline balance of your body.

How do I know if the water I`m drinking has an alkaline pH level?

Our pH strips are used for testing urine and saliva only and are designed to measure buffered solutions so therefore are not accurate measuring tools for water. The water you should be drinking must be alkaline and has the highest negative millivolt ORP reading.

Check your tap water - check your filtered water - check your bottled water. You may be very much surprised at what you find.
