Fulvic Health (Pty) Ltd uses the services of Courier companies such as Fastway Couriers, for speedier door to door deliveries as well postal services.
Should a client provide an incorrect delivery address or should a client not be available to receive delivery, the parcels may be returned to our offices. A re-scheduled delivery will be arranged and billed for, as the delivery service is outsourced to contractors.
Clients are given the opportunity to correct information given online to ensure that the correct delivery details and time for delivery is approved. Fulvic health (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible should parcels be accepted and signed for at the delivery address provided.
Fulvic Health specifies that parcels are to be delivered by the courier service “wrapped and protected” in correct packaging to ensure the product does not arrive damaged.
